Tohru Nakamura is a Munich native with Japanese roots. A purist and aroma-virtuoso, he learned his trade in the Restaurant Königshof, spent several years working in celebrated gourmet restaurants around the world and then returned to his Bavarian homeland after a traineeship in top Japanese establishments. With his unmistakable style, the cuisine in the Werneckhof soon gained international renown.
But for an unique restaurant there is more than only one protagonist. Most important is the team behind the scenes: in the restaurant service as well as in the kitchen. This is exactly what you can see and feel at the Geisels Werneckhof: a young, innovative team which works not only technically well-coordinated but communicates also to each individual guest the feeling to be welcome.
